The Lanier Longhorns softball squad (Sugar Hill, GA), was routed 15-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Milton Eagles (Milton, GA)

With the triumph, Milton improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Eagles host King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA) to face the Tigers in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 21. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 4-4. King's Ridge Christian won 13-5 in their recent non-league battle against Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA)

With the loss, Lanier moves to 4-7 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Seckinger (Buford, GA) to confront the Jaguars in a 5A Region 7 battle on Thursday, August 22.
