August 20, 2024: Douglasville, GA 30135 The Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA) volleyball held off the visiting Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Union Grove for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 22. Alexander will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Veterans (Kathleen, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 9-0.
With the loss, Paulding County drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Hiram (Hiram, GA) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 20. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Hiram won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against New Manchester (Douglasville, GA)
