Next up, the Lions confront the Piedmont Academy Cougars (Monticello, GA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 22. Trinity Prep will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Jasper County (Monticello, GA).
The Cougars (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Lanier Christian Academy (Flowery Branch, GA). The Lightning go into the GAPPS DI-AA Region 2 game with a 7-2 record.
