August 21, 2023: Newbern, TN 38059 Dyer County Choctaws (Newbern, TN) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Munford Cougars (Munford, TN), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Choctaws clash with the South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) in a AA District 14 match, on Tuesday, August 22. Dyer County will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record.
With the loss, Munford drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Houston (Germantown, TN) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 22. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 4-2. Houston won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Valley View (Jonesboro, AR)
