Briggs Bruins (Columbus, OH) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Independence 76ers (Columbus, OH), 3-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Briggs upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bruins host Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH) to meet the Nubians in a Columbus City - South challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Nubians come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Africentric Early College won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against South (Columbus, OH)
