August 21, 2025: Killeen, TX 76543 Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Killeen Kangaroos (Killeen, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Burnet improves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to C.H. Yoe (Cameron, TX) to face the Yoemen in a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. The Yoemen go into the test with a record of 7-2. C.H. Yoe won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Bosqueville (Waco, TX)
The Kangaroos now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. Killeen will face a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 2-11.
