September 5, 2025: Burnet, TX 78611 The Burnet Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Shoemaker Wolves to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 15-5 record. They play next when they host Marble Falls for a 4A Region III District 24 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Burnet will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Llano (Llano, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-7.
The Wolves (2-11) will now prepare for their game against Midway (Waco, TX). The Panthers enter the 6A Region II District 12 game with a 17-10 record. In their last game, Midway was dropped by Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX), 3-1, in a non-league game.
