August 21, 2025: Macon, GA 31204 The Central Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Rutland Hurricanes to 1 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chargers now possess a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Howard for a non-league match on Monday, August 25. Central will confront a Huskies squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northeast (Macon, GA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-4.
The Hurricanes (3-10) will now prepare for their match against Northside (Warner Robins, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Northside was dropped by Veterans (Kathleen, GA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
