In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Clifton Cubs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Tolar Rattlers.

The Cubs (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Maypearl (Maypearl, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record.

In their next game, the Rattlers face the Millsap Bulldogs (Millsap, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 21. Tolar will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
