Kentucky High School Volleyball - June Buchanan bounced by Knott County Central
August 21, 2025: Hindman, KY 41822 Knott County Central Patriots (Hindman, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting June Buchanan Crusaders (Pippa Passes, KY), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Knott County Central improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Casey County (Liberty, KY) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 2-0. Casey County won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against McCreary Central (Stearns, KY)
Next, the Crusaders meet the Foundation Christian Academy Falcons (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 23. June Buchanan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY).
