August 22, 2024: Kannapolis, NC 28083 A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC), 18-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, A.L. Brown improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wonders host Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 29. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Northwest Cabarrus won 14-12 in their recent non-league battle against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
The Falcons now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Davie for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 29. West Rowan will play a War Eagles team coming off a 20-12 non-league win over Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The War Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
