August 22, 2024: Nashville, TN 37212 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Battle Ground Academy Wildcats (Franklin, TN) and the host University School of Nashville Tigers (Nashville, TN), observed Battle Ground Academy's volleyball team top University School of Nashville by a tally of 3-0.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Father Ryan (Nashville, TN). The Irish enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Father Ryan was beaten by Loretto (Loretto, TN), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Tigers meet the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions (Nashville, TN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 26. University School of Nashville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 6-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to East Robertson (Cross Plains, TN).
