The Princeton Bulldogs got by the visiting Ayden - Grifton Chargers football team by a score of 40-35 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 21-0 non-league win over Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).

The Chargers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Pitt (Bethel, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, North Pitt held off Martin County (Williamston, NC), 18-14, in a non-league challenge.
