The Jack Britt Buccaneers football squad scored 41 points and limited the visiting South View Tigers to 18 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoggard for a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. Jack Britt will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 28-21 non-league win over Richmond Senior (Rockingham, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, South View drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to clash with the Bucks in a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. The Bucks come into the outing with a record of 0-1. Hoke County lost 35-0 in their recent non-league game against Monroe (Monroe, NC)
