The Pinecrest Patriots football team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting South View Tigers to 13 in the Patriots non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Patriots play the Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Pinecrest will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Fighting Scots go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 49-26 non-league win over Overhills (Spring Lake, NC).

The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Overhills (Spring Lake, NC). The Jaguars go into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Overhills lost by Scotland (Laurinburg, NC), 49-26, in a non-league challenge.
