August 22, 2025: Yorktown, TX 78164 El Campo Ricebirds (El Campo, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Yorktown Wildcats (Yorktown, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, El Campo advances its record to 8-5 on the season. The Ricebirds travel to Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX) to face the Warriors & Cherokees in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Warriors & Cherokees go into the test with a record of 9-4. Tuloso-Midway won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX)
