Texas High School Volleyball - Sinton over Yorktown
September 19, 2025: Yorktown, TX 78164 In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sinton Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Yorktown Wildcats.
The Pirates (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Jones (Beeville, TX). The Trojans come into the 4A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 29-4 record. In their last challenge, Jones beat Shiner (Shiner, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now sport a 0-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falls City for a 2A Region IV District 28 test on Tuesday, September 23. Yorktown will face a Beavers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Brackett (Brackettville, TX). The Beavers record now stands at 18-11.
