September 9, 2025: Sinton, TX 78387 Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sinton advances its record to 9-12 on the season. The Pirates travel to George West (George West, TX) to face the Longhorns in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Longhorns go into the test with a record of 13-10. George West won 3-1 in their recent league test against Aransas Pass (Aransas Pass, TX)
The Bobcats now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yorktown for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Skidmore-Tynan will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Sacred Heart (Hallettsville, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-16.
