August 23, 2022: Barlow, KY 42024 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY) and the host Ballard Memorial Bombers (Barlow, KY), saw Graves County's volleyball squad beat Ballard Memorial by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Graves County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Atherton (Louisville, KY) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Friday, August 26. The Ravens go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Atherton lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Seneca (Louisville, KY)
The Bombers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Fulton County for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. Ballard Memorial will play a Pilots squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to South Fulton (South Fulton, TN). The Pilots record now stands at 0-1.
