Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Draughn Wildcats (Valdese, NC), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Patriots confront the West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 28. Freedom will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Owen (Black Mountain, NC).
