The Panthers now possess a 15-2 record. They play next when they travel to Chester for a non-league bout on Friday, August 23. Lufkin will clash with a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Crockett (Crockett, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Orangefield drops to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Groveton (Groveton, TX) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, August 23.
