Lufkin Panthers (Lufkin, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Lufkin advances its record to 25-6 on the season. The Panthers travel to Hallsville (Hallsville, TX) to face the Bobcats in a 5A Region II District 15 test on Tuesday, September 10.
