Georgia High School Softball - Buford bounces Gordon Lee
August 23, 2025: Chickamauga, GA 30707 The Buford Wolves softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Gordon Lee Trojans to 1 in the Wolves non-league win on Saturday.
The Wolves now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lassiter for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. Buford will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
The Trojans (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA). The Warriors go into the 1A D-I Region 7 test with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Gordon Central was routed by Adairsville (Adairsville, GA), 19-0, in a non-league outing.
