In Saturday's non-league match, the Calallen Wildcats (Corpus Christi, TX) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Calhoun Sandcrabs (Port Lavaca, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 26. Calallen will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Sandcrabs come into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Sealy (Sealy, TX).
