August 23, 2025: Bernalillo, NM 87004 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) and the visiting Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM), saw Bernalillo's volleyball squad achieve victory over Bloomfield by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Bernalillo improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans host Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to encounter the Elks/Elkettes in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Elks/Elkettes go into the test with a record of 0-1. Pojoaque Valley lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Gallup (Gallup, NM)
The Bobcats now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedra Vista for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26.
