The West Union Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Myrtle Hawks to 1 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to South Pontotoc for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 26. West Union will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 league win over North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 7-9.
