The Washburn Pirates topped the host North Greene Huskies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Pirates face the Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders (Gatlinburg, TN) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 25. Washburn will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Highlanders go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pigeon Forge (Pigeon Forge, TN).
