In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Seeger Patriots volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Southmont Mounties.

The Patriots (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cascade (Clayton, IN). The Cadets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Cascade beat Owen Valley (Spencer, IN), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Mounties now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Southmont will face a Trailblazers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN). The Trailblazers record now stands at 0-2.
