Georgia High School Softball - Long County bounces Calvary Day
August 24, 2022: Savannah, GA 31404 Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) and the host Calvary Day Cavaliers (Savannah, GA), witnessed Long County's softball squad prevail over Calvary Day by a count of 9-1.
The Blue Tide now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Islands for a non-league match on Thursday, August 25.
With the loss, Calvary Day moves to 1-2 on the season. The Cavaliers host Bryan County (Pembroke, GA) to meet the Redskins in a non-league match on Thursday, September 1. The Redskins go into the match with a record of 5-2.
