Mississippi High School Volleyball - Pascagoula crushed by Picayune
August 24, 2023: Picayune, MS 39466 The Picayune Maroon Tide topped the visiting Pascagoula Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Maroon Tide now have a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Picayune will confront a Crescents team coming off a 3-0 league win over Perry Central (New Augusta, MS). The Crescents record now stands at 9-2.
The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their test against West Harrison (Gulfport, MS). The Hurricanes enter the Class 5 Region 7 test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, West Harrison gained a win over George County (Lucedale, MS), 3-1, in a league test.
