Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Cedar Park improves its record to 9-10 on the season. The Timberwolves travel to Clark (San Antonio, TX) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 7-6. Clark lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Canyon (New Braunfels, TX)

The Hornets now own a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller for a 5A Region IV District 29 test on Tuesday, August 27. Flour Bluff will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to King (Kingsville, TX). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-7.
