August 25, 2022: Clayton, OH 45315 In Thursday's league contest, the Wayne Warriors (Huber Heights, OH) volleyball squad were winner over the host Northmont Thunderbolts (Clayton, OH), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Piqua Indians (Piqua, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 27. Wayne will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Sidney (Sidney, OH).
With the loss, Northmont moves to 0-2 on the year. The Thunderbolts travel to Miamisburg (Miamisburg, OH) to battle the Vikings in a Greater Western Ohio contest on Tuesday, August 30. The Vikings go into the contest with a record of 0-6.
