The Bronte Longhorns held off the visiting Van Horn Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Longhorns now have a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harper for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26.

The Eagles (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Graford (Graford, TX). The Rabbits enter the non-league test with a 11-1 record. In their last test, Graford was nudged by Water Valley (Water Valley, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
