Davenport Wolves (San Antonio, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Wolves clash with the Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 25. Davenport will attempt to advance on its 22-1 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 19-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Johnson (Buda, TX).

With the loss, San Angelo Central drops to 17-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, August 25.
