August 25, 2025: Woodruff, SC 29388 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC) and the host Woodruff Wolverines (Woodruff, SC), saw Clinton's volleyball squad nudge Woodruff by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Clinton improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Newberry (Newberry, SC) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Wolverines now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Laurens for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. Woodruff will meet a Raiders team coming off a 1-1 non-league Southside (Greenville, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 0-0.
