Georgia High School Volleyball - Veritas Academy overwhelmed by John Paul II
August 25, 2025: Savannah, GA 31401 The John Paul II Golden Warrriors topped the host Veritas Academy Gryphon volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Golden Warrriors now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Vincent's for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. John Paul II will play a Saints team coming off a 2-1 league win over Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA). The Saints record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Veritas Academy falls to 4-3 on the year. The Gryphon travel to Bible Baptist Christian (Statesboro, GA) to confront the Wolves in a game on Tuesday, August 26. The Wolves enter the game with a record of 0-3. Bible Baptist Christian lost 2-0 in their recent league game against Alleluia Community (Augusta, GA)
