August 26, 2023: Corvallis, MT 59828 The Billings Central Catholic Rams held off the host Corvallis Blue Devils soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Rams now sport a 1-0 record.

The Corvallis Blue Devils fell to the Billings Central Rams in a tough fought battle. Billings Central was able to hold Corvallis to 4 shots on goal and only surrendered 1. It was a fast paced, physical game with both teams refusing to give up easy shots. Cole Herminghaus led the Blue Devil defense by intercepting 12 passes. Cole was also involved in the Blue Devils' lone score by getting a head on a corner kick from Miles Brondum. Cole's header deflected off a Billing's Central defender and Jack Hanssen was able to head the deflection in for a goal.
