In Saturday's non-league contest, the Central Wildcats (Florence, AL) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Muscle Shoals Trojans (Muscle Shoals, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 26. Central will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Austin (Decatur, AL).

With the loss, Loretto drops to 14-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN) to battle the Falcons in a non-league contest on Monday, August 28. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 6-0. Lincoln County won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN)
