In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting DeSoto Dragons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Union Wildcats.

The Dragons (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Windsor (Imperial, MO). The Owls come into the Class 4 District 1 battle with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Sullivan Eagles (Sullivan, MO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Union will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.
