The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mercer County Golden Eagles (Aledo, IL) and the host Knoxville Blue Bullets (Knoxville, IL), saw Mercer County's volleyball squad beat Knoxville by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Mercer County upgrades its record to 2-4 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26.
