August 26, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27615 Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Millbrook improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Knightdale (Knightdale, NC) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Knights go into the test with a record of 1-2.
The Spartans now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wake Forest for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. Sanderson will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-0.
