Oklahoma High School Softball - McLoud bounces Perkins-Tryon
August 26, 2024: McLoud, OK 74851 The McLoud Redskins softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Perkins-Tryon Demons to 6 in the Redskins league win on Monday.
The Redskins now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrah for a 4A District 4 battle on Tuesday, August 27. McLoud will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Newcastle (Newcastle, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Perkins-Tryon moves to 2-12 on the season. The Demons travel to Blanchard (Blanchard, OK) to confront the Lions in a 4A District 4 battle on Tuesday, August 27. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 10-3. Blanchard won 14-1 in their recent league battle against Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK)
