California High School Volleyball - Edison can't hold off Sunnyside
August 26, 2025: Fresno, CA 93727 The Sunnyside Wildcats tipped the visiting Edison Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Sierra Pacific for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Sunnyside will clash with a Golden Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tulare Western (Tulare, CA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Edison drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Madera South (Madera, CA) to clash with the Stallions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. The Stallions come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
