The Sperry Pirates (Sperry, OK) softball routed the host Beggs Demons (Beggs, OK), 16-3 in Tuesday's league test.

Next, the Pirates clash with the Caney Valley Trojans (Ramona, OK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 28. Sperry will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Trojans go into the test with a 7-3 record after their 12-2 league win over Nowata (Nowata, OK).
