August 26, 2025: Birmingham, AL 35222 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Altamont Knights (Birmingham, AL) and the visiting Childersburg Tigers (Childersburg, AL), observed Altamont's volleyball team top Childersburg by a tally of 3-0.
The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Comer (Sylacauga, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Comer was defeated by Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Comer for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. Childersburg will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Altamont (Birmingham, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.
