The Camden County Wildcats volleyball squad (Kingsland, GA), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA)

With the win, Lowndes improves its record to 14-3 on the season. The Vikings host Brunswick (Brunswick, GA) to encounter the Pirates in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. The Pirates go into the battle with a record of 11-3. Brunswick won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA)

Next, the Wildcats meet the South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 28. Camden County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 11-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Long County (Ludowici, GA).
