Ohio High School Volleyball - Covington over Troy Christian

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Covington Buccs (Covington, OH) and the visiting Troy Christian Eagles (Troy, OH), observed Covington's volleyball squad notch a victory over Troy Christian by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Covington improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Buccs travel to Bethel (Tipp City, OH) to encounter the Bees in a Three Rivers battle on Thursday, August 28. The Bees go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Bethel won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Riverside (De Graff, OH)

The Eagles now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bradford for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. Troy Christian will encounter a Railroaders squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH). The Railroaders record now stands at 1-6.
