Tennessee High School Volleyball - Crockett County over Gibson County
August 26, 2025: Alamo, TN 38001 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Crockett County Cavaliers (Alamo, TN) and the visiting Gibson County Pioneers (Dyer, TN), observed Crockett County's volleyball team top Gibson County by a count of 3-0.
The Cavaliers (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Milan (Milan, TN). The Bulldogs go into the AA District 13 challenge with a 1-2 record.
Next, the Pioneers meet the Union City Golden Tornadoes (Union City, TN) in a A District 13 challenge, on Thursday, August 28. Gibson County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Golden Tornadoes enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Lake County (Tiptonville, TN).
