August 26, 2025: Pine River, MN 56474 The Swanville Bulldogs edged the host Pine River-Backus Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies (Isle, MN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Swanville will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Laporte (Laporte, MN). The Wildcats go into the Northwoods game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Laporte was edged by Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (Long Prairie, MN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
