The Harper Creek Beavers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers to 0 in the Beavers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Beavers now have a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bedford for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. Harper Creek will meet a Kicking Mules team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Marian (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Kicking Mules record now stands at 3-2.

The Fighting Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Hillsdale Academy (Hillsdale, MI). The Colts enter the Southern Central game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Hillsdale Academy dropped by Centreville (Centreville, MI), 2-1, in a non-league game.
